Since his childhood, Marco has been a real Tanzer fan. Together with his parents and grandparents, he often spent his summer holidays in our house and dreamed of working in a kitchen himself one day. He knew already then: “When I grow up, I want to be a chef and work with you at Tanzer.” And look: he realized his dream! After his training with renowned chefs, Marco spent a year refining our dishes with Hannes, the son of the house and previous chef, and added many new creative ideas. Moreover, he received tips and tricks on traditional South Tyrolean plates from senior chef Hans himself. From May 2022 onwards, Marco and his team in the Tanzer gourmet kitchen will create excellent culinary highlights with passion and great attention for details.
