Hotel Tanzer was listed in the “Ristoranti d’Italia” restaurant guide published by the Italian publisher Gambero Rosso considered one of the most important and well-known restaurant guides in Italy.
Each year, the Gault & Millau restaurant guide lists the most successful gourmet restaurants in South Tyrol. Hotel Tanzer was happy to be included in this renowned restaurant guide in 2019.

Since 2014 the Hotel Tanzer kitchen has been listed in the renowned restaurant and hotel guide – the red Michelin – as among of the best local gourmet restaurants.
Hotel Tanzer was pleased to be awarded three wooden spoons in the renowned “Schlemmer Atlas” restaurant guide in 2019. For this award, creativity and quality as well as selected wines and excellent service play a decisive role.
